How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping via DHL/FedEx includes detailed tracking, while EMS shipments (free shipping option) provide basic tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get you adventuring sooner! If you need to modify an order, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t entered processing.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship globally from our Armagh base, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Our carriers (DHL, FedEx, and EMS) ensure reliable delivery whether you’re in the city or preparing for mountain trails.
How long does delivery take?
After 1-2 business days for processing:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx (£12.95)
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (orders over £50)
Why don’t you ship to some regions?
Due to logistical challenges and customs restrictions, we’re currently unable to serve some Asian and remote locations. We’re constantly evaluating our shipping network to expand our reach while maintaining reliable service.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer returns within 15 days of receipt if your gear doesn’t meet your adventure needs. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns and new orders separately for efficiency. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order to ensure you get your adventure-ready gear as quickly as possible.
