If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can exchange or return items with the same efficiency as our technical fabrics perform in the field.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note on Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For the safety of all our customers, base layers and leggings (items that come in direct contact with skin) cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and include the RMA number visible on the package. Ship to:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received. If the exchange item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or incorrect product:

- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable
- Priority processing for replacement items
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
